    I have used Dalworth for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work. I have white, low pile, textured carpet in the bedrooms that my dogs for some reason repeatedly pee on. Although the carpet manufacturer says they are pet stain resistant, they require professional cleaning every six months to back up their claim.

    The website scheduling is very user friendly. However, I recently had a problem with it. For some reason no one can explain, they "lost" my appointment time and no one showed to clean my rugs. I had a difficult time on the phone with a customer service person who refused to acknowledge any error on their end, and wanted me to wait three weeks to reschedule. I got so frustrated talking to her that I decided to use another company. Shortly after I hung up, her boss reached out to me and offered me next day service, and a price break. I really appreciated that -- she was willing to own the error and make it right. And she told me she was retraining the other employee.

    The next day the serviceman was two hours late. He made sure I was aware that my pet stains were unlikely to be permanently resolved without major intervention (which would be cost prohibitive). He was polite and communicative. I was disappointed that he did not move an air mattress and clean underneath (how hard is that to do??), but he was gone before I saw that. The places he did clean were great.

    So in short, the cleaning is good, the employees are so-so, and the customer service manager was great.
