• Comment: The carpets took longer to dry because it rained that day and the air was very humid. There was no fault on the part of the technicians.
  
  Some of the cleaning solution dripped on a piece of wood furniture. I did not notice it until hours after the technicians had left, so it sat on the finish for awhile. There is some minor damage to the wood and finish. That was disappointing. Other than that, the service was great.
