• Comment: We recently moved to the area and decided to contact Dalworth for carpet and furniture cleaning in our home. Nalaura, the customer service representative, was our first line of contact and very pleasant to do business with! She worked diligently to create a cleaning package that suited our needs, timeline and overall budget. Jose, our cleaning technician was on time, very skilled and made our carpets look and feel like new! He is also very honest, and approached the steam cleaning of our furniture with caution. He thoroughly explained not only the benefits, but the risks of steam vs. dry cleaning the type of upholstery we have on our furniture. He tested an inconspicuous spot on one of our sofas to determine whether or not we should steam or dry clean in the future. He took extreme care and explained our cleaning options based on the condition of the tested area after waiting 12 hours or so. Nalaura and Jose were both friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about services, and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests from our inital contact for a quote until the job was completed. They are wonderful representatives for Dalworth and truly exemplify the art of excellent customer service!!! We will definitely be returning and referring our family and friends!
