• Comment: My service rep was Ed and he was not only extremely friendly but very knowledgeable. My carpets were never professionally cleaned and there was a stain I was not able to identify. Ed immediately asked if we had a pet and identified it was my cats hairball expulsion. That triggered my memory and yes indeed he had identified it's origin and knew exactly how to treat. When he left everything looked clean and you never would have known he was here except for clean carpets. The man deserves a raise or at least a big pat on the back. He is a valuable asset to your company
