Comment: When I returned call to confirm my appointment time the service rep was not able to locate my order with my phone number (although I had received a voice mail message from Dalworth at that same phone number). I did not have my order number in front of me so I had to look it up and she was finally able to find my order. While this was not a really big deal it was inconvenient. What should have been a 30 second call turned into a 5 minute call.
