• Comment: Craig was very informative and honest about evaluating the condition of our carpets. It had been probably three years since last cleaning. He spot treated the whole carpets, especially the high traffic stained areas. He even cleaned this one area three different times. He told me so long as the carpet keeps responding to his cleaning in that area he will clean it until no response is noticed. When it comes to cleaning carpets, Craig know his business. I would highly recommend that you do whatever it takes to keep this technician. Next time we have carpets clean, and, or we recommend Dalworth, Craig will be the technician we request to clean for us again, or our friends.
