• Comment: Due to the previous customer requiring extra service, our technician did not arrive within the window. As we had requested carpet stretching as part of our service, it took the technician much longer than we were expecting. Therefore, he was not finished with the job until late in the evening (nearly 10:00 p.m.). It would have been a much more pleasant experience if the scheduler had realized that the previous customer's needs would take nearly the entire day. Therefore, we could have been scheduled for another day. Although the technician was willing to work late into the evening, it was not what we had planned.
  
  As far as the technician, Steven did an excellent job and was very pleasant and apologetic for the lateness of the hour.
