• Comment: I am a bit concerned that my tile in my kitchen is not what I expected. The grout is great, looks good. But the tile itself is not any cleaner except on either side of the grout lines and occasionally streaks where it looks like the chemical sat on the tile. Maybe I did not make my intentions clear because we mainly talked about the grout. However the tile is a major concern too. I have not called on this because my husband thinks I am being too picky. However there are definitely strips of clean in the tile so obviously it's possible to get it clean. The carpet looks great and the technician was very nice and worked very hard. I believe I just didn't make my expectations clear
