• Comment: When request for estimate I advised I wanted re-grout, cleaned and sealed. When technician arrived to work on the tile he advised Dalworth did not grout.. He tried to clean the tile which it did look some better but grout still bad.
  Had I known I would have called some else that did do grout. Which in fact I have been told when the tile is re-grouted when it is whipped off it is basically cleaned.. Off course it is my mistake I did not read the quote close enough. The customer needs to be advised that Dalworth does not re-grout before estimate.
