• Comment: I ordered on line, next day received a call that there were no apt. available this week and the quickest day to see me was 5/6/14 I said ok. At 11:00 on 4/30 I received a call saying the tec was running late and would at my house soon. I explained to the person who called, she said that they would cancel the 5/4 apt. The tec Chris was great, my carpet looks great and I'm a repeat customer of many times. You need to work on your internet scheduling and apt. dept.on # 2 , I checked no but it wasn't the technicians fault
