• Comment: The technician was only late due to complications of another job. I personally wasn't bothered by this issue, it was not in his control. He was very apologetic to me for the situation. However, in the world we live in, I really think this kind of situation could have really caused your technician to be mistreated by customers. Some people may not take kindly to excessive delays like we experienced in my situation. Like I said, it didn't bother me, Bobby was great, friendly, did a wonderful job, was extremely exhausted when he left my house, I commend him for his efforts to do a great job for me even after such a complicated day. My thoughts are that you need to have some sort of action plan in the event your techs run into this type of situation to protect them from mistreatment by customers if they are going to be excessively late to appointments. Anyway, just a thought!! I know how mean the public can be, these guys work hard and don't deserve to be mistreated! Thank You Dalworth, Alex who took my order and set my appointment and Bobby who did the work, Great Job! I will be using your business again in the future.
