• Comment: Our Technician was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. He asked several investigative questions and thororoughly inspected the rooms prior to pre-treatment. All of our options were presented before the service, and although we opted out of the pet treatment due to not being prepared for the cost, the information was much appreciated and allows us to prepare for our next cleaning.
  The Technician was very careful with his equipment and hoses, and was very efficient moving from room to room. The couple stains we have left are not for lack of effort on his part.
  Our carpet is 8 years old and we have family coming in for my son's high school graduation, my Wife was embarrassed of how the carpet looked... she is now estatic and not embarrassed at all to have visitors.
