• Comment: Ruben was amazing. He was able to add 3 carpets at an excellent cost. He also worked on the microfiber sofa until he was satisfied with the results. He showed no fatigue, no frustration, no resistance to my requests and he was the pinnacle of professional. Customer service has been lacking in other businesses but Ruben demonstrated exactly how other technicians should behave on the job. Great representative for Dalworth.
