Unfortunately the tech caused stains in my carpet when he picked up his last machine to leave. I lead him to the door so I did not see it until a short time later. I called and someone will come out by not until Wed. I have company this weekend so I have to cover up the stain with a small rug until you can come out to clean it. Not happy about that.
