• Comment: The carpet was cleaned properly although some stains and corners of the carpet was not completely cleaned which the technician has warned us before he started clean. So no complains there. But the water hose did some damage to my marble floor which I am not been able to clean up. I tried everything. Now I think it is some scratches made when dragging the hose upstairs. Would appreciate your help in getting taken care of this situation.
