• Comment: Your online process had a small glitch--did not send the right email. I called in to see what happened and the order hadn't actually taken place. The CSR was very efficient and took care of my order and all my needs. I did have an issue on the cleaning appointment. I called in to see when he would be there because I had a 3 pm meeting call at home. I had mistakenly thought the appointment would be from 12-2 but that was only the arrival window. Dispatch said he would be there shortly--was leaving his other job. I don't think he arrived till about 1:30 and then we had a lot to discuss and he had to set up. He didn't finish until 4 or so. I asked him if they told him about my 3 pm call and he said no. It worked out okay but I would've rather them been more up front with me about how long it would be--I would have rescheduled to a time when I didn't have to worry about trying to be on a conference call while someone is cleaning. But Josh did a great job and I'm very happy overall. The air quality in this apartment is 1000% better.
