• Comment: Everything was excellent. I will definitely use you again if you can send Josh and Andre or if there's anyone . They were exceptional people and technicians who were very knowledgeable about their job. They were meticulous in their service and explained everything so well about how the system worked to deposit all that junk in the vents. They were caring about my dog and although she was in a pen, they let me know when to move her to another room. I felt I'd known them a long time. I like competent folks but also the personalities make a difference when having a service done. I felt the service was definitely worth the money which made me feel more comfortable parting with it. Thank you so very much for sending them. Hopefully they can be rewarded for this fantastic service. Ilene Dill
