• Comment: The two young men who cleaned my dining room were exceptional individuals. They were prompt, polite, able to explain the services being provided and trustworthy. I would request both of these young men again. My carpet was heavily soiled with cat urine...and it had been down on the carpet awhile. They worked extremely hard to remove the odor and did a wonderful job. The only thing that happened is not their fault. Due to the amount of urine, etc., the carpet stain was darker upon drying. This is the only reason I clicked “fair” for the price...as I still have a big carpet issue...but not your fault. Again, the two service technicians are to be commended.
