• Comment: The carpet looks great, he did a nice job. I did discover that a large framed picture which hangs on the wall in one of the hallways was placed on the bed in the middle bedroom. Apparently it was knocked off the wall, fell and the framework broke. I understand that accidents happen, but was a bit surprised when I discovered it later, and that the rep had not mentioned what had happened. (5)
