• Comment: The service tech was upset that the size of our rooms were not what he expected. I told him that this was the third time we had used Dalworth to clean our carpets and the measurements were provided by the phone representative based on previous jobs. He mentioned it again when he had finished and said that he would not charge us for the larger rooms. He was obviously not pleased and his attitude showed it.
  
  Our bedrooms are filled with large furniture and the amount of carpet to be cleaned is relatively small. Additionally, there were no spots to be treated so the job was done quickly. If the house was unfurnished or the carpet was spotted and dirty, I could understand his concern as the job would take more materials and time. As is, I thought his comments were unjustified.
