• Comment: We were surprised that only one technician was sent to our home when furniture moving across our wood floors was known to have been required. Although he was competent and efficient, the technician had to slide our furniture around on our wood floor (because no one person can pick up and move a couch, etc.). We would have appreciated a team who could have picked up and moved our furniture rather than having to slide it around. Please note that this comment is in no way a remark on our technician. He was efficient and polite and got our floors clean in a timely manner.
