• Comment: I typically have James Coleman do my cleaning but he wasn't available. Was leery having another technician do the work, since I’ve had some less-than-stellar experiences in the past with younger, in-a-hurry techs that put more emphasis on speed than care. Marcio was a pleasant exception! He was very careful, and did a superb job!
