• Comment: Last time I used Dalworth I was VERY disappointed. I paid for two techs, move furniture, wall to wall cleaning. I got one tech, no furniture moved, visible stains when he left which I removed with a can of carpet cleaner and a scrub brush. I was never going to use your company again but after 2 years i decided to try one more time. This time I got the economy service, moved the furniture myself, and your tech left the carpet looking great. Such a difference in the two technicians. I can't say enough good about the young man who came this week to clean my carpet. He was courteous, efficient, quiet, and cleaned the spots and high traffic areas well. At no time did he say "this will not be possible to clean" as the person 2 years ago did. Alberto is a great representative for your company and changed my mind about Dalworth.
