• Comment: It was my couch cushions that took that long to dry. My technician said it would only be a few hours. The couches I had cleaned had not been cleaned before, and were very dirty. The tech did a good job on them and I was very pleased.
  
  I had arranged for two dining room chairs to be cleaned. I forgot to show these to the technician, and apparently he didn’t refer to it on his order, so they were not done. I was disappointed.
  
  The tech was friendly and professional. I would use him again, and would recommend him.
