- Comment: I like using the on line feature but there have been times when it doesn't work smoothly. But I would rather use the on line than calling. Also sometime small spots need a pretreat which don't Always happen. Overall IM pleased because my carpet is old , big dogs in the house and Im happy just to get it clean again because no longer will I try and clean it myself.
