• Comment: Raul and KT did a good job. However, I don't know if the entire pieces of furniture were cleaned, or just the fronts. I did appreciate them being on time and not getting upset when I identified areas that hadn't gotten cleaned. I don't think a person should pay and additional price for special chemicals to clean furniture. Truly, how much more costly are the special chemicals than the regular chemicals. I'm not sure if I got a $565, after tax, value for this service. However, I am thankful for clean carpets. Going forward, I will not have my furniture cleaned, but just the carpets.
  Note: Raul and KT did a very nice job, so this has nothing to do with them.
