Comment: Please give your technicians badges from Dalworth. If there is a change in scheduling please do not forget to let the customer know there would be a change in technicians. When I first called, I was told Adam would be my tech but when I rescheduled it was not mentioned that Tony would be my tech. Also they need trucks with Dalworth on them for security purposes. I likeDalworth but the security of the customer is as important as the quality of work in this security conscious era in which we live.
