• Comment: The 2 techs who did my work were very prompt, courteous, professional; explained every step to me and patiently answered all my questions. They took care with my flooring and furniture, covering everything necessary; they cleaned up after the work was completed. Overall, I am very pleased with this service. The only issue I have encountered is I have black handprints on my white ceiling. It would have helped if the techs would have washed their hands from time to time during the services. after working on the machine in the van, their hands were dirty.
