We had our tile floors cleaned. I am thrilled with the results. The grout had been soiled and now looks virtually brand new. The technician, Chris, who services our home was very knowledgable and professional.

My carpet is clean, but doesn't smell fresh and clean. I wish I would have known about the pet odor service that I just read about on question 7. That may have helped. I thought the price was expensive, too

My appointment was from 12-2; however, the Taylors did not arrive until 2:30 due to a double booking in that time slot. It was not a problem, and the Taylors notified me well in advance of the delay. As always, they worked efficiently and did a fantastic job!

Chris Hoover(tech) was excellent. He took his time and did not just speed through the cleaning process. Our carpet looks like almost "new' even though it is 13 years old.
