Excellent experience with the entire company. The service technician, Bobby, was excellent!! We have a 3 year old son who wanted to "help", Bobby managed this extermely well. Initially we discounted Dalworth for our duct & dryer vent cleaning because we had what appeared to be less expenisve companies from the money mailer. After calling the other 2 companies and finding out the ads were totally misleading we called Dalworth. Dalworth was more expensive. The represenative, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable about what would be done. I called back a few times with other questions and talked to someone else who was just as good. And ultimately booked for Friday at 2. Then Thursday I got a call to see if another time slot Friday would work for us and I was wishy washy over the time slot because it would be during nap time for my kids, ultimately decided to keep the 2-4. I was concerned that it being late on a Friday we would get a rushed job - but we did not. We got a great job! We will use Dalworth for our future needs, thanks for a job well done.

Couch took about 8 hours to dry. Technician said it would take a couple of hours. Other than that I am extremely satisfied with the work.

Garry and Kathy Taylor are the best of the best. I wouldn't let anyone else clean my carpets. Fantastic people! Clarification of answer to #6: I refer my friends specifically to Kathy/Garry when they ask about carpet cleaning.

Gary and Kathy always do a great job and were very helpful with suggestions for our wood and marble floors which we will get done later. Carpet always looks great after they clean it and it dries quickly even in humid/rainy weather.

It was a much better experience than I had expected. I expected non-english speakers, without uniforms, performing the absolute minimum amount of work. I was happily wrong on all accounts. I let the carpets dry for way longer than the technician recommended. My own desire though. Joe
