Hose was left on front yard long enough to burn the grass, making several curved yellow lines (burns), on the front lawn. Please take more care with the placement of hoses on grass!

One of our problems was cat hair on the curtains. The cats sit in the window and we have 20 feet of curtains. When vacuuming did not get the cat hair off, the technician made a phone call to come up with another solution. He advised us to use a dry sponge to get the cat hair off the curtains. It worked like a charm. He was super. I think his name was Monty.

I was very pleased with my tech. We went over the areas to be cleaned together and he explained in details what he was going to do and kept me informed thru out the cleaning. He made some suggestion on maintaining my carpet.

Drying time is what was recommended by technician before putting rubber of vinyl mats back on the carpet. It was dry to the touch in about 3-4 hours.

I was surprised when a regional manager showed up at my house to see if the technician (Gale) was doing a good job, etc. I think it surprised Gale as well. In any case, Gale was early for the appointment which was very much appreciated and he did a good job on the carpets.

Sam is a really nice guy and seems to know his stuff. I was in a rush on the day of service, so I couldn't interact as much as I wanted to, but he still did a great job. I may need to contact him though about a spot in the laundy room though. Thanks.
