I think it took a little longer to dry because it is cold. Just a small area was damp. Technition was very nice and knowledgeable. Carpet looks great!

The crew was very polite and professional however the van didn't have deal worth signage on it so am not sue if they were subcontractors The reason I mention this is they got most of the stains out but not everything and one that was left was one that occurrd while I was moving furniture in preparation for the cleaning. This stain was water from the bottom of a plant and should have come right out. When they left I noticed it and got most of it out with a white cloth that turned brown from the residue in my opinion that shows the spot was missed

Tech did get some tough spots out but I am disappointed that the carpet in one room has a sour smell so took too long to dry, I guess. I have a big family gathering this weekend and I'm hoping the smell goes away before everyone comes on Saturday. I heard your add on KLTY (always good to know if your advertising dollars work.)

I have used Dalworth exclusively to clean my carpets for several years now. I have always been very happy with your service and your technicians havea always done an excellent job. Except this time a new service technician came and he did not leave the carpet as clean and did not get all the stains out as other technicians in the past. Since I have always been happy with your service I did not check the quality of the cleaning until it was too late and the tech was already gone. I guess next time I will be more diligent.
