our technician was awesome! he was very knowledgable, friendly, and worked hard. i liked that he took his time and did a good job rather than just blowing through the job quickly. i've had my carpets done before where they were in and out in 30 minutes and the carpets looked terrible. i would definitely recommend dalworth to ppl in dallas. my only issue was the online scheduling. i was pretty sure i had selected saturday, august 13, and you guys showed up on thursday. however, when i looked back through my confirmation emails, and they had indeed listed thursday. i'm sorry for the mix up. next time, i'd probably call to schedule.

I scheduled a re-cleaning in the 'right' bedroom because of a blue stain that appeared after the cleaning. The recpt is VERY pleasant and accomadating. Thank you! I would recommend Dalworth Clean to anyone!

The price to clean an area rug was high. It was equivent to cost of the master bedroom, yet the size was at least half the size and of like material. I opted out of having the technician clean the rug.

What is the warranty on my carpet cleaning i had done on Fri 2/18? I think it was 10 days. There are 2 spots i would like to have them clean again in 1 of the rooms cleaned. Linda
