I did not pay close attention to the appearance of our service technician, but he was very professional and that is what mattered the most. The reason I say probably refer DALWORTH to my friends or family is because you are a bit more costly than other companies....but you pay for what you get. We are extremely satisfied. Thank you.

The young man who provided the service was very mannerable and did an excellent job with the carpet. However, I'm not sure why they were booked so heavily that he was not able to arrive until after 8:30. Our "window" was from 5-7. As time lapsed, I called Dalworth to see if they would call to let us know when they would come, and if our appointment was still on the schedule. Someone called me and told me the technician was running late, and it would be between 8:30 and 9 before someone would arrive. They asked if we wanted to reschedule for the next day (Friday). We said no. It was after 8:30 when the young man arrived. Again, his service was excellent, but the time was simply unreasonable.

Jared is just great! This time, he took a few minutes to look at my hardwood floor to see if a cleaning would be beneficial or if I needed additional work done (this was at my request) . He puts up with my dogs antics and really understands our family dynamics. This matters a lot to me and certainly helps in treating the carpets. I have complete confidence in the work Jared does.

I used the dry steam process and went to work after the work was completed so don't know drying time. Carpet was dry at 8:00 when I got home. Service cost seemed high but I did not price elsewhere so can't compare relative value. I was very pleased with the service and results though. I would also recommend the technician.

After being told the techinician would not arrive until 12 noon he arrived before ll. It worked better with my schedule I just was not informed he would be early and was not ready for him. He kindly waited in the van for 10 minutes or so for me to prepare for him to come lin and he did an excellent job. Wesley has been the techinician at my home before and he is excellent and I will be requesting him again.

John and Matt Deen cleaned my carpets and arrived around 12:30 in a 12-2 pm window. I really appreciated having them here early so the carpets could be done quickly and before rain arrived. They understood about my mom with dementia who now lives with me and was considerate in trying to get the carpet around her recliner dry so that she could sit in her chair by bringing in a large fan while working the rest of the carpet. They understood how to remove oil/grease that my 80 year old mother tracked in from the garage and got the stains out plus other stains that competitors were not able to remove. They cleaned the carpets in 1 1/2 hours which was appreciated so that we could get on with things going on that day. I had locked our two dogs in one room with a slate floor while they cleaned. After they left and I let the dogs out of that room I noticed a little of the carpet had been under the 2 doors in that room so didn't get cleaned. I called this morning to explain my problem and they graciously came out this morning to clean that little strip of carpet that looked so dirty compared to the carpet that was so nice and clean. Not opening the doors to have them clean yesterday was entirely my fault. I would recommend John and Matt Dean to my friends and already recommended Dalworth to those at my work. They all knew of the oil/grease stains that I wasn't sure would come out and asked if Dalworth was successful. I was happy to tell them the stains were gone. I am a single mother taking are of my 80 year old mother while working full time. Money is very tight so I wouldn't be able to afford the kind of cleaning on a regular basis -- although I and my carpets would love to it.
