| He was professional, personable, and his work was fantastic. He came to clean my daughters apartment. The carpets that I really didn't have much hope for looked like they did when she moved in! I recommended Dalworth to my friend who was a little leary. She had used another "Steam Cleaning Service" in the past and was not happy. She had Dalworth come last week, and was as thrilled with the results as I was. Now, I am ready for my own house to be done! Price is unbelievable. Thank you. Martha M. |

| When the technician and his son arrived, I was pleased that they were on time. I had moved most of the furniture out of the way and had vacuumed all the carpets. Then the technician walked through the grass on the side of my apartment and picked up dog poop on his shoe. I had to point it out to him so he didn't track it into my apartment. His comment was, "Well, we're about to clean them anyway." But he did a good effort of cleaning his shoes anyway. I then pointed out that I had one pet stain at the entry to my apartment - it had just happened shortly before they arrived so it was very fresh. I wanted to make sure they paid extra attention to this area and figured they would anyway since it was the main entrance with the most wear from traffic. The technician and his son were very friendly and very fast. It took them maybe 30 minutes to clean three rooms and a hallway. We did a walk-through and everything looked fine. The next morning the carpets were dry thankfully. But once they were dry, I was able to see the pet stain at the entrance very clearly. I had to get my spray cleaner out and work on the stain myself. I picked up three hand-towels worth of stain and dirt and naturally I was very disappointed that this came up from what should have been a clean carpet. A couple other areas had stains that reappeared as well. So I seriously doubt I will use Dalworth again. I wish I could say otherwise. But this was not a good experience for me - other than the fact that they were on time, friendly, fast, and the carpets dried fast. The carpets just weren't very clean - and that's the whole purpose of ordering the service. |

| The service I ordered was to clean the tile and grout in my kitchen. The service was great, however, it might be a good idea to provide a follow up cleaning in the price. Once the floor was dry, just as you would mop a floor, there were spots in the grout that would have probably responded to the cleaning to almost perfect had a second cleaning been applied once the floor dried...Just a thought. |
