Hose was left on front yard long enough to burn the grass, making several curved yellow lines (burns), on the front lawn. Please take more care with the placement of hoses on grass!

One of our problems was cat hair on the curtains. The cats sit in the window and we have 20 feet of curtains. When vacuuming did not get the cat hair off, the technician made a phone call to come up with another solution. He advised us to use a dry sponge to get the cat hair off the curtains. It worked like a charm. He was super. I think his name was Monty.

I had the carpets cleaned & left for work. They were dry when I returned, as planned.

Although i know. he thoroughly cleaned my carpets, I wished it would have smelled clean! Some sort of fresh scent would have been nice!

You cleaned my carpets about 6 months ago and it was fabulous. Even with the dog pee stains, they were drastically reduced. The tech took a long time to spray the deodorizer and work on stained areas. This time, there were two techs, who were wonderful, but they went through the house what I felt was too fast, even with 2 people. They didn't seem to work the stains as well. I know I have dog pee stains that are not going to get out but when I am comparing to the job done six months ago, there is definitely a huge difference in the quality. For that reason, I may just call a lower priced carpet cleaner next time to do the same job. Thank you

I was very pleased with my tech. We went over the areas to be cleaned together and he explained in details what he was going to do and kept me informed thru out the cleaning. He made some suggestion on maintaining my carpet.

Costel and his assistant were professional and friendly. They did a great job on some really dirty carpets in a very large house.

Cortel and his son were quite pleasant. They did a very good job. When I have my carpets cleaned in the future, I will ask for them specifically.  

I just wish him luck as he moves forward, he did a wonderful job.

Did not have carpet services. Stained concrete on patios. Did a good job. Drying time is not drying time. It's the time it took for the stain and seal to cure.
