| Steve McCoy is an extremely valuable asset to your company. He is very professional, punctual, and we were very comfortable with him working in our home. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, and removed stains that the last professional carpet cleaning company I used had left. He also exceeded my expectations with how quickly he finished the job, having cleaned 4 full sized rooms and a hallway in just over a half hour. Steve's service left us with a very positive impression of Dalworth, and we will be requesting him again in the future and recommending him by name to our friends and neighbors. |

| I was able to get the 4 rooms plus a bathroom economy service for $99. This is a great deal. Wothout that promo, Dalworth is a little high to use. I appreciate the $20 certificate for service - that's a great idea. |

| We were not happy that we spent almost 400$ and stains didn't even budge on our carpet that I got our by scrubbing myself after the tech left. I feel that I shouldn't have bothered after all was said and done and 400$ is a lot of money for us right now and I just feel like I made a mistake having you guys come out. |
