| The technician that came out was fine, and I'd have no issue with him coming back, but we've worked with another technician in the past who's always done a really good job. I'd just as soon have him come out again instead. |

| Re ques #7 - I was having my carpets cleaned prior to moving and had already vacated the house, so I'm not sure how long they took to dry. They were dry when I returned the next morning and looked great. Thanks! |

| They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned stains that we thought were hopeless (i.e. dried silly putty). They even made our 12 year old couches look MUCH cleaner and newer. They provided service beyond what we expected. We were impressed by their service. This was our first time to use Dalworth and we will definitely use them again. |

| We had an ink stain about the size of a dime in our carpet which should have been treated and removed before cleaning but was not. After the regular cleaning the stain spread out into a larger area and Doug returned, but could not get it out. We are disappointed with this result as we pointed out the stain when he first arrived. |
