| The reason I listed price as slightly high is because of the way you price the service. not on square feet but on number of rooms. I have 3 bedrooms , living room and short hall and I would say that the squre footage was less than 900 ft that was cleaned since the entry hall, bathrooms, kitchen and area under the beds were not cleaned. I have had homes with 1700-2500 square feet done for about the same price or less in the past. I have used other National companies besides yours. I just think the you need to take into consideration smaller homes. Thanks, P.S. Steve was very professional and did a great job! |

| The pet smells appear more intense after cleaning I wish there had been some sort of deorderizer added. But other than that I was very please with the results. |

| Steve McCoy did a great job on our carpets, which we had neglected for more than a year. He managed to get out stains I thought were hopeless and he took the time to take notes and spot treat according to what I told him was on the carpet and how I had tried to take care of it. He was friendly and very competent. |

| The reason he was late is he did not leave the previous stop unitl 3:40 and used Mapsco to get to our house. Mapsco is incorrect when it comes to our sub division. Garmin or google Maps finds it alot better. You should equip your trucks/vans with gps. |

| $89.oo minimum is a tad high for spot cleaning. Wish Dalworth kept its offer to clean for for $40 something in the event of a spill or pet accident after a a full clean. |

| I never received a copy of my order by email. I would like a copy of it now that you seem to have my correct email address. I was supposed to have it deodorized as well, and not sure that was done. The ticket reads standarized service and everything was done very well and efficiently. We are happy with the service and glad you were able to get it done Friday as promised. |

| I was surprised that the technicians walked through the house after their feet were wet with the solution used to clean the ceramic tile. I also thought more care could have been used when they were moving the hoses through the house. At one point my husband had to move a hose away from a brand new piece of furniture so it didn't get scraped. |
