I would say this is one of the best jobs yet. Manvel the technician did an excellent job.

The cleaning was on time, professional and good.  While there was a $30 a room promotion on the website, the phone technician didn't suggest it.  She gave the premium and economy as the choices. When I picked economy, she quoted the full price and gave a discount.   It would be nice to keep the offers same on the web and phone.  Neverless. I thought the clean was great and I'd call again.

I should have waited to have the carpets cleaned when it did not rain and was not so humid. That's why the carpets are not dry yet. It is not the cleaning crews fault. I have to say this is the best cleaning job that I have ever had....

Booby and his helper were great They got caught and traffic and even called to explain . I don't look for the cheapest deal you get what you pay for. I owned a carpet cleaning company in Florida Years ago .I was impressed . I will always call Dalworth first. Thank you   Jodi Hall

All your service people were very nice, courteous and helpful. I felt they all did a very good, professional job.  The only thing I might hesitate about is that I thought the sanitization was included in the package I purchased. I was charged extra for that and didn't really feel I should've been. I was appreciative that you could fit me in to your schedule before Christmas and grateful for getting it done.  Thanks, Julie Wilder

The Service Technician was very helpful and respectful! That is what makes great customer service!

Josh was very professional and explained everything to me. I apologized to him for my attitude, I had been having a bad day. He was very kind and so understanding. I don't think I've ever met anyone as pleasant as he was. Mark and Josh did a great job!!

Mike has been coming to our home for the past 5 years and has always been really good at letting us know what we need to have our carpet last longer. He has always been professional and I would recommend him to my neighbors. Great job Mike!
