The technicians were very conscientious and hard working.

We have used Dalworth a number of times for different services (carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, duct cleaning etc) and have always been satisfied. This time is no exception and our carpets look great but there's one issue. There were two spots on the carpet and one of them is now quite a bit worse than it was before the cleaning. It is a large brown circle about a foot in diameter. It was there before but much lighter and not nearly so bad. If someone could give me a call to discuss options, that would be great Thanks very much. Maya

Our technician was super. He did a superb job and oursof and rug were SPOT-LESS.

The only negative is the carpets didn't dry quickly and there was only one dryer - I felt there could have been several and it would have been better. The technician was great and his work excellent. Area rugs and carpets look great!
