I said "probably" in answer to question #6 because of previous work that needs attention. Fringes put on a small runner rug two years ago is coming loose on one end. Also, a spot on a larger runner was not able to be removed. I would like to see the fringe repaired.

Technician (Dusty) was very knowledgeable and passed on tips regarding carpet-care and other floor maintenance & care. He had a very positive attitude and didn't take advantage via performing services that weren't needed. He was very timely and did a Great job overall. Carpet took longer than I thought it would to dry;

The tech was SO kind, friendly and professional. He was very helpful and seemed to enjoy being there and that makes a world of difference!! He even started to sing the Dalworth "jingle" and my 10 year old daughter joined him for a few rounds of singing it. Too funny!

I was really impressed with my technician attitude. I am always nervous when I have to let strange men into my home when my husband is not there, However, this guy was so nice that my fears melted away immediately. Kirk was wonderful and very thorough. He took time to inspect the carpets to be cleaned so that he was aware of any challenges. He made sure I knew what to expect and walked me through each room after completion to make sure I was happy. I was very impressed with Kirk and would refer him and Dalworth to all my friends!!!

The service was good. The service technician was knowledgeable and competent. However, he seemed to have little concern for customer service, building a relationship, or being personable. He assumed that we did not know about the service and seemed to focus on what he could not do instead of identifying the obstacles and offering solutions. When I told him that we were regular customers of Dalworth ( 5-6 years) he said "well, I have never been out here". Not really the answer I was looking for. I would have expected something like "Thanks. I am glad to hear that. Lets see what we can do to get this done for you". I was happy with the service and the cleaning but I was less than impressed with the technicians people skills.
