James Coleman has cleaned our carpets three or four times in the last several years. I highly recommend him!   I haven't had much good luck trading with BIG companies like Dalworth, so I was skeptical. After I tried several independents (who disappointed), I figured I would give Dalworth a try, even though you are significantly more costly. My Dalworth experience supports the statement, "you get what you pay for."

NOT SURE IF I WOULD USE HIM WAS DISAPPOINTED

We called Dalworth to get our grouted cleanded. It took 2 trips but at the end we were completely satisfied!

James did a great job as usual

Have used Mr. Coleman for years 9-10 to be exact. Always does an excellent job.

This was the third time James cleaned our carpets. He has a good work ethic.... we appreciate the good work he does.

James was able to remove some stubborn spots from our nearly-new carpet. Many thanks!

As all of your technicians have ALWAYS been, Kevin was very friendly, a hard worker, and was very knowledgeable. I've been using Dalworth for about 20 years now, and I don't know how you always have such great employees, but each one of them has been super.

i forgot to ask for the carpet protection. We did get it the last time you were here and I think it did help. The technician was very friendly and did a really good job.

James has serviced our carpets many times...I trust him with all of our flooring requirements.

Awesome work!!! Will definitely recommend Dalworth to others. We were so happy they could be here on such short notice and on a Sunday. The home was empty, they cleaned all carpets and tile flooring, and everything was dry for us to move into the home on Monday. Thanks so much!!

Felt like I got what I paid for.

I cannot give enough praise for the work that Kevin did for us. He went above and beyond, meeting all of our expectations and more. I wish everyone could be as professional and courteous as he is. Thanks a million for a job very well done.

The technician was great and explained what he was going to do. He is a great asset to a company. He is also a family man with his 1st child on the way. He was the best carpet guy so far.
