Appointment was for 7:30 to 8 and technician arrived at 8:20.

There was confusion regarding the cost of the pet order service.

It had a been a long time since I was responsible for my carpet cleaning and was not that familiar with pricing. I was very impressed with the technician's work. Besides doing a great job on cleaning the carpet, I had some questions which he kindly answered. Very professional.

A few spots remain I feel should have come up

My appt was scheduled for 9-11am. Around 8:00am on the morning of the appt I called customer service to ask for a time range of when the crew may show up. I called because I had errands to run and wanted to be sure I was home for the appt. She called dispatch and said the crew would be here between 10-11 and they would call 30 mins before showing up. The crew arrived at 9:40 am stating they no one from customer service or dispatch called them to confirm their schedule. The crew was great, just bad communications from withing the organizations.

I would highly recommend Steve to all of my friends. He did an excellent job.
