Joe has been to our house twice now and provides excellent service. He takes the time needed to get the job done right and make sure we are happy. He also got a spot out that we have not been able to get out on our own. I would recommend him to friends and neighbors and look forward to seeing him next year!

Joe does a great job and is very thorough - the carpets look wonderful. The drying time was longer because of the cooler temperatures and that was anticipated.

I would advise Dalworth to take really great care of the young man that cleaned my carpets. He had worked a really long day, by the time he got to my house and YET his demeanor and attitude were as bright and vivacious, as if my job were the ONLY thing he had dealt with all day long. I've owned 3 different service businesses in my life.... That young man is a rare breed! You are lucky to have him representing your company!

Joe is the best! He is so conscientious and thoroough. In fact, my sister is usually here from Nashville when he comes. She said to me - after he left - "He is so thorough. The people I have come to my house don't do diddly squat....I wish he could come to my house." And she is right. He always goes the extra mile 50x over. If all your employees do the job he does, I am sure you have no problems! He's the absolute best.

Joe is EXCELLENT!!!! Specificaly asked for him because he makes us feel comfortable and takes such good care of us. He has not changed one bit, our preferred man. He took extra care of my mother to make sure she doesn't slip, the thoughtfulness is IMMENSE! Tried one of your competitors, and couldn't wait to get back to Dalworth! After using the dry-steam machine, some areas of the carpet had a speckled appearance. The technician went over the two most noticeable areas again (with a different machine?) and those areas looked much improved. After the carpets were dry, I vacuumed to even out the nap. Now, other areas that did not get the second treatment, still have a speckled appearance. The areas that did get the second treatment look good. I believe that the standard cleaning procedure was not quite enough for some areas of my carpet. I wish that I had asked the technician to re-clean more areas of my carpet.

Joe was wonderful, prompt courteous, cleaned everything better than I expected since the carpets are far from new, spent time on making sure all the spots were gone! Dalworth came recommended by a friend and even though you were more expensive I decided to take her recommendation. Herta Smith

Steve is great. I think your prices are a bit high BUT you get what you pay for! I blocked off the ares Steve cleaned for the rest of the day and night just to assure that the carpets and upholstry had time to thoroughly dry. My carpet looks new again. I also loved that the owner Steve, who face was on the truck, was the person who cleaned my carpets...with his very nice helper! A seamless enjoyable experience with excellent results.
