I suggest you add to your service if customer would like . This may be a added feature. After floor drys come back and vacum . (customer may not have a good vacum cleander) to make the floor look even clean.

Our tech was fine and I had requested another. I was not told of the change. I have been a customer for over 20 years and it seems like lately things have changed. When I request a specific tech I expect to get them, and I want the same tech each time the carpet is cleaned. This has not been a problem in the past. I prefer more experienced techs, I said yes to 8 because I do not want him to suffer consequences because of his lack ok knowledge.

Your tech was personable, very polite and respectful, observant, and asked if i would like to look at his work and if i was satisfied. He also asked which room that I would like him to start in. I want him next time.
