Comment: Service was very good.

Excellent Service and the technician Collin was professional with knowledge as well as he was on time.

Our carpet Technician showed up early and was very friendly and informative. Rudy did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. He definitely did a professional carpet cleaning job. I highly recommend Dalworth and for sure will use them again in the future!!

The technician was awesome! He did the best job of anyone who has ever come to clean our carpets! And, the receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. My whole experience with Dalworth, from start to finish, was excellent! I will definitely use their service again!

Six years of using Dalworth for a very nice area rug, where we have many dinners and a movie... sitting on a cream colored love seat. We've had awesome results on the area rug, especially when we still had a cat or two.
this time Francisco and Aaron returned our RESTORED to like new 10 x 7 area rug. Beautiful and they took great care to insure it was perfect before replacing the sofas and love seat.
boy Vlad who did the love seat made my wife have tears of joy. OMG she said - I thought it was too old and to many little spots to ever be really what we want visitors to see.
Dalworth has our vote of confidence.

CommentsMarcus did an absolutely incredible job with our carpets and tile. We have used Dalworth for about 30 years now and my husband and I both agree that this is the best work ever done. Marcus was very pleasant, attentive, accommodating, patient and efficient. We will definitely ask for Marcus going forward! Thank you Dalworth. Regards,
Susan J. Family

Pat was right on time, very friendly, exceedingly helpful in educating me in successful spot cleaning for future accidents. He was super nice to our animal children and was very thoughtful with the front and back doors to not let them escape. My carpets went from a visible bio hazard to almost like new! I would definitely utilize Dalworth again and will for sure request Pat to be our service technician.

Miguel did a great job for us today! I really appreciated him pointing out a safety issue in our new-to-us home. Above and beyond!

Still there

Richard usually works in Southlake but agreed to come down to Arlington to help me out. Richard, you did a fantastic job and I really appreciate your hard work and your great customer service.

Jerome with Dalworth was very thorough, efficient, courteous and and professional!!!!

We had 5 rooms cleaned. Marcus was very helpful in moving furniture, but was also nice, polite, professional, focused, and explained everything he was doing. We are very pleased with the outcome of the carpet cleaning overall. The carpet looks great!

I scheduled for my sofa and loveseat to be cleaned on their website. The scheduling process was very easy and communication before my services via phone and email were very professional and helpful.

Harold came to clean my sofa and loveseat and I would highly recommend him. He explained everything before he started and answered any questions I had. The cleaning didn’t take long and he pointed out some things while cleaning so I knew what to expect and how to care for my furniture long term. Because of his professionalism and attention to detail, I will recommend Dalworth to anyone who needs these services and will use them in the future.

Have always done a great job getting my carpets clean in spite of three cats and a small dog some of the time.

We scheduled a professional carpet cleaning before hosting family from out of town, and this company exceeded expectations from start to finish. The technician explained the cleaning process clearly and worked carefully around furniture and high-traffic areas throughout the house. Compared to rental carpet cleaners we’ve used ourselves in the past, the professional equipment removed stains and odors much more effectively. The carpets looked noticeably brighter afterward and dried faster than we expected as well. Overall, the entire house felt cleaner and fresher once the service was completed, and we’ll definitely use this company again for future cleanings.

Dalworth is the best floor cleaning & polishing company! CJ does an amazing job every time. They are kind, easy to work with and fairly priced. CJ is very thorough.

Truly can’t get over what an amazing job they did! Harold was able to clean a beloved loveseat that has been through two dogs and tons of abuse. It looks new again! Definitely recommend and ask for Harold!

Richard, with Dalworth Clean, was extremely personable and friendly from the moment we met. He had positive thoughts about different issues I had with the carpet and tile grout. Within a few hours, he had the carpets looking better than new and the grout stains were gone. Everything looked and smelled so fresh. Thanks, Richard, for going above and beyond and for sharing your expertise with me!

CJ did an outstanding job on the upholstered sofa and chairs!! The fabric is completely clean and rejuvenated! Thank you CJ for doing such an awesome job. Hope to see you again soon!
