The only reason I gave Dalworth a "Fair" price for the service is that I think $20 per room to spray carpet protector is very expensive.

Tom Freeman was the service technician and he ALWAYS does an excellent job and is so pleasant to have in our home. We always request him when ordering service. The phone representative who took my order was also very nice, competent and lovely to talk to. You do a great job, we will always use your services and recommend them to our friends.

The tech's name was David. You will have to pull my record to see his last name. I had not had luck with good carpet work the two previous times. But this young fellow named David did an outstanding job. Besides cleaning the carpets, he stretched the carpet and did a patch in one corner. The price was excellent for the level of service offered by the servicing technician. The technician was thorough in cleaning heavily soiled areas, and thoroughness of cleaning the entire carpet. I would definitely prefer those technicians in the future to clean the carpet again.

Kirk was great and carpets look very good. Drying time was a bit disappointing but I do not think they were over-wet in the cleaning process. It was hard to tell if they were wet or just cold, my bet in on wet. I would want Kirk again the next time I have my carpets cleaned.

We are delighted with the service and will use you again! On number 8, I think the price for carpet cleaning is fair, but I think the cleaning of the couch, chairs, and ottomons was priced slightly high. Thank you!

At some point "dry" is relative - the carpets were still cool to the touch 4 hours after the service and truly damp in spots. However - compared to other services - the carpets were cleaned but not saturated - I think as much of the water as possible was extracted. Also note that I had a carpet fan that I moved around the house plus ceiling fans.

Terry Hedger is the best and I would not consider having anyone else clean my carpet other than Terry and when I replace it he will get the work.
