Everything went great. The technicians called to ask if they could come a little early, which was great for me. They arrived and did their job quickly. I have absolutely no complaints with them. My only complaint is with my bill. I didn't notice until after the technicians left that my bill was $20 higher than quoted on the phone. My phone agent said my bill would be $114 plus tax. She stated this would cover the cleaning of my living room carpet and 'doing what they could' to clean the mattress. I had a small child wet the bed and asked them to spot clean, disinfect and//or sanitize whatever needed to be done. For this, I was quoted the $114. However, on the bill, I was charged an ADDITIONAL $20 for sanitizing. No one, the techs or the phone agent, told me there would be an addition charge for sanitizing. When the phone agent said "Your bill will be $114, which will cover the cleaning of the living room carpet and take care of the mattress", I took that to mean 'anything/everything' to get my pillow-top mattress cleaned as good as possible. I called the office and complained about the additional charge, but the lady I talked to didn't offer to take the 'hidden' fee off my bill. Therefore, I'm not sure if I will use Dalworth again. I am on a very limited budget due to disability, and can't afford surprise hidden fees on a bill.
