Excellent work. We had a pet incident in the middle of the night, called first thing in the morning and Dalworth was able to send a crew at 11AM. This was our 3rd time using Dalworth and they really take pride in their work and are wonderful! thanks and Happy New Year!

Steve I think is the mans name that did our service. This is the second time he has cleaned my home and he is fantastic. I told him I will use him anytime I need these services as long as he is in business. I won't even consider another Company. In fact I actively spread the word to get him more business because I am completely confident in recommending him to friends and family.

YOu may look and see that my drying time is very long, but what you didn't see was how dirty my carpets were. I'm not complaining about the drying time, but I would complain if my carpets hadn't been well cleaned! :)

The tech (friendly, clean-cut, professional, and considerate) went over realistic results about the cleaning (I had several carpet stains and mishaps), and then blew away my expectations. I love how much cleaner my house looks at a bargain price. Thanks! I will definitely use and recommend this company in the future.

I've had Dalworth here before, but this is the first time I've gotten the "economy" service due to the online promo. I assume only one technician is sent for "economy" service since no furniture is moved, baseboards cleaned, etc. etc. - which was fine with me. The technician, Juan, was the best part of this service. He was a polite, mature gentleman who arrived on time and went about doing his job in a no-nonsense manner, leaving me to continue doing my work without interruption (I have a home-based office). Juan was quick and efficient, while being very thorough. He pre-treated for spots, cleaned and raked all six areas in just under an hour. He commented that he'd been cleaning carpets for 23 years, and his experience was evident. The icing on the cake (for me) was that he was respectful - a real gentleman - and while he made some observations about what types of things might be best for my carpet, he did not harangue me about adding more services to this invoice. Basic was what I wanted, and basic is what I got. Thank you very much for sending Juan. I will be requesting that you send him here on every future visit that I schedule, and I hope he plans on being with you for a while. The service is (and always has been) very good, but Juan is what made it great.

Phone representative took my order which I was basing on a coupon ad. She did not explain any other types of services offered or ask questions to make sure I was getting the best service for the condition of my carpet. I appreciate not being hassled or pressured into a higher dollar service. However, she stressed this was the "BASIC" service without explaining what another type of service might offer.

I booked the appointment for between 10 a.m. and noon. I received a call at 7:50 a.m. saying someone would be at my house by 9 a.m. I told the person when I booked my appointment, so she said someone would be there during those hours. The service tech showed up at 9:30 a.m. To be honest, this is the first time someone has ever been too early, but I wasn't quite ready for him. Everything else was great.

We have a very light colored carpet and this is the best it has ever been cleaned. I am very happy with the result. When a stain reappeared he came back out and did an additional treatment that took care of it. I will definitely schedule our next cleanings with Dalworth. Our technician was exceptional.
