Carpet was streched at my request in bedroom. Cleaning was great but carpet tack down may be a problem, cut to short. Just wanted to note this just in case. However George was great.

I loved the tech. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. Our prospective buyers were very impressed with the quality of his work. He had a great attitude and worked hard the entire time he was here. We will definitely use Dalworth again for carpet cleaning. We also used Dalworth for insllation of hardwood flooring. The crews were extremely professional and worked well together. We will also be using Dalworth for installion of hardwood in our new home. We had a great experience with your company and will have no problem recommending you to our family and friends.

The technician was very professional and efficient. I guess I had slightly higher expectations on how visible the results would be -- but not sure if it was a function of our carpets not being that dirty or if the process just doesn't clean as deeply as possible. (Heard reviews that some people's carpets look like a different color after the service but would not say our results were that dramatic.) There were a couple small stains / dark spots that I had also hoped would be removed but are still visible. Overall though, good service, good results -- but wouldn't say I was 'wow'd' by the end results.

Kirk is a wonderful technician, but also a friendly gentleman. We always love the end result! Our carpets look great and I'm glad I didn't have to seal the new kitchen and laundry room floors! Kirk completed the job very quickly and the carpets dried in the amount of time he said they would. Great Job! Thank you!!! :)

We are trying to put our house on the market and want it to be move-in ready. The technician was extremely helpful in helping us meet our goals and went above and beyond the call of duty. Our carpets look brand new and he did a fantastic job! We really appreciate his helpfulness and understanding our situation and how important it was to us. Thank you so much! I would never think of using anyone else after this visit!!!!
