I have had my carpets cleaned by Dalworth two times now, and I have been extremely pleased with the service both times. Mr. Dusty Lewis was my tech, and he was courteous, friendly, and prompt. He did a fantastic cleaning job on my light, cream-colored carpet.

The team originally scheduled was unable to do it because of illness, so your customer service people kicked it into gear and found another team that was willing to take on an extra job. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The guys who did the job were FANTASTIC! It was raining and they still did a great job. Thanks so much. I will be singing your praises to all my friends and family.

This is the first time I have ever had the carpet cleaned and it looks brand new. I was sure the techs were not going to be able to lift the several stains that had developed over the years, but I was wrong. I did request on the internet to get a quote on cleaning the tile and was unable to get that since the techs arrived late and I had to go to work. That was my only issue, as far as the cleaning goes, it was excellent!
