The young man who provided the service was very mannerable and did an excellent job with the carpet. However, I'm not sure why they were booked so heavily that he was not able to arrive until after 8:30. Our "window" was from 5-7. As time lapsed, I called Dalworth to see if they would call to let us know when they would come, and if our appointment was still on the schedule. Someone called me and told me the technician was running late, and it would be between 8:30 and 9 before someone would arrive. They asked if we wanted to reschedule for the next day (Friday). We said no. It was after 8:30 when the young man arrived. Again, his service was excellent, but the time was simply unreasonable.

Manuel was very nice. I appreciated him not trying to hard up-sell me on any additional services since I was really at the top of my budget. I had some pretty bad stains and he was able to get most of them out.

This is the 3rd time we have used Dalworth. You did such an outstanding job on a recliner that we had cleaned in June so we could give it to our son & daughter in law for their 1st nursery, that I had my recliner cleaned this time as well as the living room carpet.  Thanks and Merry Christmas  Joy Denny

The carpets are very clean and we are pleased with the job, overall. However, we both work, and the technician was an hour or so early, and we received several phone calls while we were in business meetings. If the times are scheduled during a window, it's best to come during that time. When the tecnician finished, he asked for a drivers liscense in order for us to write a check. Due to a problem with identity theft, we had a problem with that request. Also, we've written many checks at Dalworth, and have never showed a drivers liscense. Finally, there was nothing used to cover the floor area so he could pull the equipment/hose to upstairs. We'd indicated that we had marble and wood floors downstairs. Overall, the service was very good, but there were a few annoyances that we hope will not be a problem on future visits. Thank you!

I was not asked if I wanted the carpet protector put on... unless it was part of the premium service... not sure if I got it.  In a couple of areas... the dirt has come back out again.... after drying. I would like a rep to come back out to clean those areas one more time. They are better - but not quite clean. Also a couple of places have a blue splotch showing on the carpet- that was not there before Dalworth came... might be from your cleaning solution. I will call Customer Service to request a return service (30 day guarantee) per Jarod. Jarod did a fine job... but OK if another technician comes out. Either way. Whoever is available.

Our carpets look great! The real test will be how they look after several months. There are only two of us living in our home, with no pets, so I expect they will stay fresh and clean for many months to come.

I was really happy that I could make an appointment online on a Saturday and then I actually got a call back from someone the same day. The online appointment was set for that Monday but for some reason in reality that time was not available. (No big deal- I got to change it to Tuesday.) I was really impressed by our technician Kylan. He did an awesome job getting stains out that we were sure wouldn't come out and he was thorough and quick. He taught me all sorts of things about pet urine, types of carpet, carpet cleaning processes, and wood floor cleaning ... I think he may be a little overqualified! Give him a raise!

I liked the quality of the service, the attitude of the technician, and the price we paid.   The only recommendation I have is to make sure your trucks are clearly marked with your company logo. It looked like our technician drove a used truck that had the old company's logo removed (but I could read it from the discoloration where the logo used to be located). While I'm all for recycling, I think it would improve your image to repaint the truck and add your company information to it. You might even get more business from merely driving it to jobs.
