I received a call mid-morning (around 9:30) to see how my carpet cleaning was going, which had been scheduled to begin at 8:30am, but no one had arrived yet. The person I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and helpful in making sure that I was aware of what had happened (a scheduling error) and when someone would arrive. When the technicians arrived, they were courteous, helpful, and very kind to me and my family. Even with the slight mix-up about the start time, I would still recommend Dalworth to a friend. I wish your online order service gave a better understanding of what it would cost to add the dry-steam cleaning for each room.

I did see in the afternoon mail yesterday only hours after the technicians left a $25 off coupon for Pet odors treatment. I also have had you all clean my carpet for similar and lower cost. I like the ability to make reservations on line and the electronic communication.

I sniffed the carpet closely while it was still damp. Most of the pet urine areas were undetectable. 4- 5 areas still smelled with nose to the ground. Now that is dry I have not done the sniff test but I will. If you want to know the results, call me next week or e mail me. The Overall odor is much better when walking through the house. There is a subtle urine odor combined with the cinnamony pet disinfectant smell and I am waiting to see which dissipates and what will remain. I have more thoroughly blocked the stairway and I'm keeping the carpeted areas's doors closed. I will soon know how it worked. Richard was thorough and used extra hot water and paid special attention to the areas I had marked and sniff tested. I wonder though if it would be beneficial to saturate it even more with the pretreatment spray. It may be that I need a new carpet even though I have a plastic lined carpet pad underneath and it is not old or showing stains

Your techs were really nice. I did have to ask for the camera service, it didnt seem like he was going to do it, until I brought it up and needed badly because of our distict situation. Overall everything was good except I would recommend your techs tell homeoener that when they start the HVAC system after cleaning the ducts, that they should give us a chance to protect clothing and bedding from the residue that blew all over the house. Thank you.

Monty and his lovely assistant (whose name escapes me) were wonderful to work with. They really knew what they were doing, got the job done quickly and made sure to show me the difference between my old carpet and the new clean carpet. I don't know why I haven't done this sooner???!!! Thanks guys. I will be a repeat customer thanks to them.

Jared did a great job and is a very courteous technician and prefer him to return on future cleans. He is very dependable. I had to change the schedule for cleaning and he made accomadations to meet my schedule. Nice!!

Technician did a great job, he understood our needs and went beyond what I expected. We both have carpeted home offices and he cleaned them, treated & put blowers in those areas so that the drying time would be fast & we could get back to work. He was cordial and professional. A very good experience.

The technician had a great personality...very informative about what he was going to do and why it would be best for life of the carpet.. I was very impressed how very clean the carpet was when finished....because it was very dirty in certain areas.. I had a party this past Saturday and everyone acknowledged how clean he carpet was...not knowing it was just cleaned a few days earlier.. When I have the carpet cleaned again I would like the same technician again..
