Your technicians were excellent. I don't know if they were new, but I didn't think it was appropriate for their supervisor to come to my home and put them on a time limit (I overheard part of the conversation). I believe for over $400 for a small home I'm entitled to an "as long as it takes to do a great job" service. Thanks

Last time the service technician left us a spot remover kit. This time the service technician said he didn't have one and you had to ask for it before they come out.

Tom was excellent! I was so glad to have him on this call. He is helpful, friendly and professional. My last Dalworth experience was not so good and that was unusual. So glad to have restored faith in Dalworth thanks to Tom.

The price was significantly higher than last year, although part of that was due to the economy vs. standard service changes. Also, the web site didn't properly apply the relevant promotion, which a helpful individual in your office corrected when I called. It did take too long to dry certain areas, even with the standard service and fans.
