| Frank came out to look at stripping our tile and was surprised to find the coating on our tile - it was applied 2 years ago by another Dalworth person -- I appreciated Frank's honesty - we decided he would do just the entry area to see how the cleaning would work - then wait to let it dry and check the results - we are pleased that the sealent will be removed but it will also take some careful work to get it all off - we will be calling to have Frank return to do the rest of the job!! |

| Some of the prices were lower than we had anticipated. The Taylors were extremely helpful with hints of how to keep the carpets lasting longer and to cut down on the dust. The Taylors suggested we do our tile flooring which we will do this fall. The service was great! |

| The service technicial was professional, knoledgeable, thorough and did a fine job. With the exception of a bit of soap residue left on the tile of our foyer near the last room that was cleaned, the job done was excellent and we're very happy with the end result. the residue was easily wiped up by us with a damp towl--no problem at all. |

| Frank is very good. My wife really likes his professionalism delivered with a personal touch. When we schedule service my wife ask "will it be the same guy? I hope so because he does a great job." We know how inportant it is for and independant owner like Frank to know what his customers think about him. We will give referrals when the opportunity arises. |

| The technician was very friendly and explained things well, and did a good job. I do have two spots on the carpet that I don't believe were there before in the bedroom area, and the only thing I can think of is that it looks like something dripped. I will call the customer service area and explain. |

| I have concerns over the cost of my carpet stretching repairs. The phone representative did not seem knowledgeable about the costs/times of the repairs. The estimate had to be done at the time of the carpet cleaning. I should have asked for more specifics as to cost per square foot since I think the repair was very costly. However, I am very happy with the results of the cleaning and repairs. Perhaps, I could receive feedback as to what the cost should be per sq. foot of repair. Thank you. |
