We had upholstery cleaned after a large liquid spill. The technician was very honest about the ability to fully clean and deoderize, which makes a big difference in our decision to continue with the service. He did a great job and highly recommend his service.

Everything went very well. Only disappointment is most of the urine spots from pets did resurface. Maybe there is another type of treatment for the carpet we can pursue? I will call and ask.

I was very impressed with the gentlemen that did the work. They were not only very helpful in moving whatever needed to be moved, but also very careful with my possessions. Ruben, our technician was wonderful. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. I have a lot of carpet cleaning knowledge and experience due to my profession and Ruben surpassed anyone I have ever worked with in the industry. He discussed every option that Dalworth offers and gave in the spot quote for each additional service. We have significant pet damage in one room but are not budgeted right. Is for a full pet treatment and scotch guard. He gave us a quote on those services so that we can do that in a couple of months. Ruben talked about his 23 years with Dalworth and how much he loves working for the company. From the conditions of our carpet now, it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work and Dalworth. Ruben is an excellent employee and I hope he is valued as he should be!!

Serviceman was 1 hour late. We had to call to find out why. We were given a 10% discount which frankly should have been more. Once he arrived everything was great and the carpet sparkled.
