The work was performed on an overcast warm and humid winter day. Last night at 8 PM the carpets were still damp. The technician said the 11 yr old carpets looked good and needed only some spot pre treatment. I told him I was planning on replacing them and he told me it would be "a shame" since they were in good shape. Of course in the sunlight I can still show you the shadows of some of the stains. Long standing stains and probably the wear pattern - I never expected them to come up. I had used a home cleaner through the years but had inside foundation repair and wanted a professional to do the work. I have had the sales job where they come in at a rock bottom price and then add on to the price. I agreed to one price but when I was told the carpets were in good shape we discussed replacing the Scotchgaurd which I believe I have cleaned off with my cleaning. That was the only additional charge and that was my suggestion based on the overall carpet condition. It was still more than I wanted to pay but the service was good and the price was fair.

Great job! Added bonus is always that the house smells so nice and clean after a carpet shampoo. Gets rid of doggie dust and stuff like that. Thanks.

I have cleaned carpets for a living. From my observance and the time it took for the carpets to dry, I would recommend at least adding an additional swipe of the vacuum wand without applying steam. This will help in extraction and decrease the amount of drying time. I certainly appreciated the technician who came to our home. He was very kind and professional.

I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned before, simply because I just didn't trust anyone. Well, I finally decided to take a chance on Dal-Worth Carpet cleaning. Boy was I suprised !!!! I am so amazed at how clean my carpets are; They look restored and refreshed, and smell great too! I will never doubt professional carpet cleaning again. Dalworth is the service for me! Jason is always a pleasure. He explains it all and answers all of my questions and most of all he cares about the service that he is providing. You don't really see customer service like that anymore. He is great!!! My weenie dogs think he is great too!!!

I hate these surveys. If I was unhappy with anything I wouldn't keep using the service over and over. It seems a tremendous waste of time. I only do it so it might help the technician. Just pay them a decent salary and you wouldn't have to keep doing this!!!

Edwin N'Jaka, was on time, extremely informative, respectful and patient with our questions, was well trained and knowledgable about our carpet, his equipment and methods. He was considerate of our home and furnishing to insure he did not damage anything. Edwin is an exceptional craftsman with a great and warm personality. We will be using Dalworth for our future carpet needs and will be asking for and will even wait for Edwins availablity to service our home again.
